Bliss Salon Booking & Service Policy

At Bliss Salon, each appointment is intentionally reserved to provide a personalized, high-quality experience. To ensure fairness for both our guests and our professionals, the following policies apply:

Service Selection & Time Reservation

When booking, please select the services you intend to receive. Each service is scheduled with a specific time allocation.

Same-day changes to a shorter service may result in an adjustment fee to account for the reserved time that cannot be rebooked.

If you’re unsure what to book, we recommend scheduling a consultation prior to your appointment.

Appointment Changes

We kindly ask that any appointment changes be made at least 24–48 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust scheduling and offer availability to other clients. Changes made the same day may be subject to fees based on the originally reserved time.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee.

  • No-shows will be charged a percentage of the scheduled service or charged in full for the scheduled service and may require a deposit for future bookings.

 

Late Arrivals

Arriving late may impact the services we are able to provide within your reserved time.

In some cases, your service may need to be modified or rescheduled, and full-service pricing may still apply.

Independent Professionals

Bliss Salon operates with independent professionals. While policies may vary slightly by provider, this standard ensures a consistent experience across the salon.
